The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with incoming leads via calls, messages, or emails.

  • Understand clients’ requirements for wedding photography and videography, including different functions like Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, and Wedding day coverage.

  • Schedule meetings with clients to discuss their requirements.

  • Prepare and share professional quotations using Google Docs.

  • Close sales and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales in Google Sheets.

  • Follow up with clients regularly to nurture leads and maximize conversions.

  • Coordinate with the creative and operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Edit cinematic highlight teasers (3–7 minutes) for clients.

  • Create full wedding documentaries capturing all key moments.

  • Produce engaging wedding reels for social media promotion.

  • Color correct, enhance audio, and add visual effects to ensure high-quality final videos.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain the style and quality of the brand.

  • Deliver projects on time while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Stay updated with latest editing trends, techniques, and software.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar.
